CALL TO MINISTRY
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for July 21st.
Topic: PEACE. Key: VOCATION.
Message of the day: Following the call to ministry with a vocation allows us to live a life fully dedicated to the service of God and his people.
Based on the biblical verse from 1ST OF PETER 4:10 which says: Each according to the gift he has received, use it to serve one another.
Teaching: A ministerial vocation invites us to impact lives through the faithful use of our spiritual gifts and selfless service.
Biblical Experience: Timothy was called by God to the youth and led the church with passion and faithfulness, supported by the apostle Paul.
Recent Experience: A young woman feels her call to children's ministry in her local church, dedicating herself to developing her vocation to inspire the next generation.
Prayer: O God, confirm my vocation and give me the courage to follow your call to ministry, serving your children in ways that glorify your name.
Action: Develop and exercise your spiritual gifts, responding with gratitude and dedication to God's call on your life for ministry.
Reflection: Consider how responding to your ministry vocation can change lives and bring many closer to the knowledge and love of Christ.

EPHESIANS 4:11-12
And he himself constituted some, apostles; others, prophets; others, evangelists; to others, pastors and teachers, to equip the Saints for the work of the ministry.
1ST OF CORINTHIANS 12:4-6
There is a diversity of gifts, but the Spirit is the same. and there is diversity of ministries, but the Lord is the same.
