COMMON PURPOSE
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for September 25th.
Topic: FAITH. Key: MISSION.
Message of the day: The common purpose in the spiritual life unites believers in a shared mission of love and service.
Based on the biblical verse from MATTHEW 28 19 which says: Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.
Teaching: Our spiritual mission is a call to action that seeks to impact lives and build diverse and vibrant faith communities.
Biblical Experience: After the resurrection, Jesus Charged his disciples with the great commission to go and make disciples, bringing them together under a common purpose that transcended their individual experiences and became a global movement.
Recent Story: In her village, Rosa organized community efforts to serve those in need. This mission transformed not only their community, but also inspired other peoples to join their cause, showing how common purpose unites and strengthens through shared service.
Prayer: Lord, help me to see beyond myself to embrace our common purpose, joining hearts and hands for the collective good.
Action: Commit to efforts and missions that seek to positively impact your community, always remembering our common purpose in Christ.
Reflection: The common purpose in the spiritual life invites us to see every act of love and service as part of a greater mission, connecting more deeply with God and others in surprising ways.

Spiritual Echo:
A common purpose calls us to walk together in a mission of love and service that transcends individual interests and becomes a collective strength. Each shared gesture opens paths of hope and multiplies faith in those around us. By uniting hearts and hands, we discover that true greatness lies not in what we achieve alone but in what we build as a community. The shared mission becomes a bridge across differences and a driving force for transformation. When we embrace a common purpose, love becomes a universal language and faith the impulse that sustains and guides us.
