FULL JOY Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for June 23rd. Topic: Happiness. Key: Joy. Joy is an expression of our deep faith and connection to God's goodness. Based on the biblical verse from PROVERBS 17:22 which says: A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones. A heart full of faith and joy reflects the fullness of a life lived in peace with God. Biblical Experience: The disciples, despite the trials, were continually filled with joy, knowing God's love and promises. Recent Experience: A volunteer at a shelter sheds a light of joy on everyone he encounters, showing that true joy comes from serving with love. Prayer: Lord, fill my life with your perfect joy, may my faith be a living testimony of your unfailing love and joy in you. Action: Seek to find and share joy in every action, allowing your faith to be a constant source of happiness and spiritual health. Reflection: Meditate on how joy, sustained by faith, is a powerful force that transforms lives and circumstances, radiating divine goodness.
