NEW CREATIONS
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for August 22nd.
Topic: RENOVATION. Key: RENEW.
Message of the day: Spiritual renewal transforms us into new creations, reflecting the image of Christ in all areas of our lives.
Based on the biblical verse from 2ND OF CORINTHIANS 5:17 which says: So that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things passed away; behold, they are all made new.
Teaching: In Christ, we are constantly renewed, called to renounce the old and embrace the new life He offers.
Biblical Experience: Paul, experiencing a complete transformation on the road to Damascus, renounced his old life and became a powerful defender of the faith.
Recent Story: A young woman, after a spiritual retreat, experiences an inner renewal that reorders her priorities and decisions, aligning them with the principles of Christ.
Prayer: Lord, renew my spirit and transform my life according to your purpose, so that I can always reflect your love and truth at every step.
Action: Live each day as an opportunity to allow the renewal of Christ in your life, leaving behind old patterns and embracing the new nature it offers.
Reflection: Reflect on how each act of renewal brings us closer to the image of Christ, allowing us to flow and be guided by his spirit in all facets of our lives.

Spiritual Echo:
Spiritual renewal reminds us that in Christ there is always a new beginning. The old is left behind, and the new flourishes as a testimony of His transforming power. Each day is an opportunity to let go of what hinders and embrace the life He offers. When we allow His Spirit to renew us, our decisions and priorities align with His will. Thus, step by step, we are shaped into the image of Christ, reflecting His love and truth in everything we do.
