PERSONAL REFLECTION
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for October 12th.
Topic: PEACE. Key: AUTO EXAMINE.
Message of the day: Deep self-examination guides us toward sincere and meaningful personal growth in faith.
Based on the biblical verse from 2ND OF CORINTHIANS 13:5 which says: Examine yourselves whether you are in the faith; Test yourselves.
Teaching: Personal reflection opens us to self-understanding and to genuine, transformative spiritual growth.
Biblical Experience: Psalm 139 presents a cry for self-examination, asking God to probe our hearts and thoughts to reveal what we need to change and improve.
Recent Story: Joan found spiritual clarity during a personal retreat, allowing self-examination to reveal areas of life that needed development and surrender, inspiring her to greater devotion and service.
Prayer: O God, help me to examine my heart and my ways, to purify my intentions and grow spiritually in your ways.
Action: Dedicate time to self-reflection, honestly acknowledging areas that need spiritual transformation and growth.
