REFLECTING ON THE WORD
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for October 15th.
Topic: HOPE. Key: STUDY.
Message of the day: Reflecting on God's Word brings enlightenment and renewal to our daily faith.
Based on the biblical verse from JOHN 5:39 which says: Search the scriptures; for it seems to you that in them you have eternal life; and they are the ones who bear witness to me.
Teaching: The study and reflection on the Word enriches our communion with God and strengthens our soul and spirit.
Biblical Experience: The Bereans were known for their constant study of Scripture, demonstrating that genuine reflection leads to our spiritual growth and deepening of our knowledge of the Word.
Recent Story: Facing times of uncertainty, Hannah established a daily habit of studying the Bible, finding that constant reflection provided her with calm, clarity, and renewed hope in the midst of trials.
Prayer: Lord, whose Word is light and life, lead me to deeper reflection as I study your scriptures each day.
Action: Immerse yourself daily in the study and reflection of God's Word, allowing it to constantly transform and renew your inner being.
Reflection: In reflection on the Word we find answers, peace and clear direction, allowing each day to be transformed into a new page of renewed and surprising faith.
