SURRENDER TO GOD
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for October 25th.
Topic: PRAYER. Key: DELIVER.
Message of the day: In total surrender to God we find our ultimate divine strength and purpose.
Based on the biblical verse from PSALM 37:5 which says: Commit your way to the LORD, and trust in him; and he will.
Teaching: Surrendering to God's will is an act of faith that fills our lives with purpose and peace.
Biblical Experience: The three Hebrew youths who refused to worship the golden statue were thrown into the fiery furnace, demonstrating full confidence in the divine protection that enabled their miraculous salvation.
Recent Story: Lidia, after years of handling everything by herself, finally decided to entrust her life to God, experiencing peace and direction like never before. This act of surrender taught her that true control comes from letting go and trusting God.
Prayer: Lord of my life, help me to surrender completely to You, trusting that Your ways and plans are better than mine.
Action: Take the step of faith into a life of surrender to God, trusting in His perfect direction and care for every area of your path.
Reflection: In surrender and surrender to God, we find a peace that surprises and transforms, allowing us to move forward with confidence towards the future He has prepared.
