WORKS OF GOD
Welcome to the Awakening With God Devotional for August 28th.
Topic: SERVICE. Key: CREATE.
Message of the day: Creation is an ongoing testimony of God's wonderful works and His ability to bring beauty, order, and purpose to the universe.
Based on the biblical verse from PSALM 19:1 which says: The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament announces the work of his hands.
Teaching: Through creation, we see testimony of God's infinite greatness and love in every part of the world.
Biblical Experience: Genesis relates the creation of the world and the establishment of the divine order, a perfect work of love and wise intent.
Recent Story: A family spends a weekend camping, marveling at the stars, reminding each other that every creation of God is a living work of art.
Prayer: Lord, thank you for the magnificent works of your hands; Open my eyes always to the wonder that surrounds me so that I never stop praising you.
Action: Look for ways to appreciate and care for God's creation, recognizing that every part of this world is shining evidence of His eternal work and love.
Reflection: Reflect on how all of creation not only testifies of God's power but also invites you to participate in the continual, conscious praise of the Creator.

ROMANS 1:20
For the invisible things of him, his eternal power and deity, are clearly made visible from the creation of the world, being understood by means of the things made.
JOB 12:7-9
And indeed, ask the beasts, and they will teach you; to the birds of the air, and they will show it to you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you, and the fish of the sea will declare it to you. Which of all these things does he not understand that Jehovah's hand made them?
Spiritual Echo:
Brokenness is not the end, but the soil where God plants healing and hope. In the midst of pain, His love comes as a balm that restores what seemed lost. Every wound, when surrendered to Christ, becomes a testimony of His redeeming power. Where there were tears, new strength arises, and where there were ruins, renewed life emerges. Thus, our brokenness is transformed into a light that guides and inspires others toward the fullness of His healing.
